Is it possible to Collapse/Un-Collapse the NS StartBar with the keyboard? I can't find an internal command to create a hotspot. Am I missing something?

Collapse/un-collapse the NextSTART startbar? I didn't even know someone was actually using this feature. :D

Sadly the answer is no, currently there is no way to do this via the keyboard.

I am constantly playing with my system configuration. I had never used it, but thought I would set it up. The lack of keyboard control makes it less appealing to me.

You seem to have adjusted the ALT-key issues in WS with the latest beta. Yipppe! Thanks!
