To whom it may concern,

On 7/22/12 I renewed my Winstep Xtreme 12.2. I still have not received my new license. I have had your software for the past 2 years and would like to make it my 3rd year. I have sent emails to both support and sales services and also to BMT. As of today the only folks that have contacted me is BMT services. I would greatly like to see this matter cleared up as I do enjoy using your software.

Is there any chance I can get my new .key file please. I would like to get this matter resolved. As I said I have had your product for 2 years and would like to make it a 3rd year.

Your renewal key was sent on the 23rd of July. I've forwarded another copy and asked BMT Micro to do the same from their side.

Can you please confirm receiving either one of them (or both)?

Don't forget to check your spam folder if you can't find it.
