 Post subject: Winstep bleeding

I am trying out Winstep Nextstart, and when I play a game Nextstart bleeds through to the game how can I stop it from happening, it's like it's trying to skin the game which is what I don't want to happen.

Couple of questions:

1 - What game is it?
2 - Does the game change screen resolution before running?
3 - Does it happen with every game or just that one?
