 Post subject: I too need my license

I've sent 3 or 4 emails over the past month and a half to support@winstep.net asking for my license information again because I was going to have to reinstall Windows 7. I asked before I did the reinstall, waited, did the install and now my free trial of the product that I paid for is almost over.

Can someone please tell me what I have to do (aside from buying WinStep Xtreme again) to get my license information?

I registered under either jbryanmohr@gmail.com or bryan@computer-help.us ... I'm not sure which address I used.

jorge was in last on the 31st of nov and i'm sure if he had had a email from you he would of resent you license to you, maybe it got stuck in his junk or spam folder and he didn't catch it yet. i'd try emailing him one more time. on another note a good rule of thumb is to keep a backup copy of the key and the email just in case you have to reinstall winstep or windows.

Yes, I normally do keep a backup of all of my licenses. But this one cannot be located.

I'll try emailing him again, but I also sent an email to the billing company (by mistake) and they said they would forward the request to the developer. That was back in mid October. I'm pretty sure his billing company wouldn't be going to the spam folder.

Any word from Jorge? I still haven't heard anything from him and I'm now getting the warning that my "trial" is running short.

Sorry for the delay, I've re-sent your license key. Can you please confirm getting it?

Anyway, this is a good example of why it's always a good idea to backup your license keys, etc... :)

I got it Jorge. Thank you. Yeah, I normally do keep good backups of all license keys. But that particular one slipped by me somehow. Luckily it was only one out of about 30 different keys I had to reinstall during all of this.
