 Post subject: No Key email, and its been two days.

I read one thing that said 5 hours and another that said it could take 48 hours.

Here is the order:(5596772) I have what seems to be a code to confirm the order but I don't feel comfortable putting it in a public discussion. Was hoping to test this before Monday, trying to see if this is the type of thing we're looking for for our company's computers.

it is up to 48 hours, and it states it pretty clearly. Xenrail if you've ordered other software online and received your activation via email you know it's a rare instance when you receive more that a generic email containing your information / item to activate the product.

Not to dishearten your theory but I purchased my "copy" on December 6th at 11:19. Its been over 48 hours. I'm hoping and assuming its because I purchased it at the end of the week. I have full faith I will receive the product, was just really looking forward to testing it before the new week.

We are looking into this or stardock at our work and so far I've heard only positive things about this one, I just want to see for myself.

i emailed support about some problems i encountered right after installation. i did not expect anything additional to my registration key details that could foresee my problems. that would just be delusional.

that's if you were trying to say if i was expecting more than just a purchase order/confirmation email. if not, then just disregard this post.

dom, try emailing bmtmicro if you havent already. i wouldnt wait longer than a week

Thank you very much, I did received it earlier this week. I am having some issues on getting the docks to appear when i hit their edge of the screen on my second monitor. Works just fine on the first though.

There shouldn't be an issue. Are you running the latest version (v12.2)?
