First, it's not instantaneous. It could easily take 24 hours to get it. A real human (and only one real human) has to confirm the email and send you your license.

Second, you probably want to edit your original post and take out all that personal information you posted since it's visible to the entire internet.

It's been 20 hours is that close enough???

you both know it says up to 48 hours.

It is now 3 days since i initiated purchase, after 2 i sent an email, no response, day 3 i join this forum, interesting to note that my primary email address is what i tried to register with in the first place and it came up email address is not allowed, so i am using my secondary email address, both email addresses were submitted with the original order, i assume as for whatever reason my primary email address is not allowed, may be the issue with the product key, BMT Micro Order (5601239) i would be grateful if the product key could be forwarded to my self, using either this registered email address used for the forum, or my primary email address used to order or perhaps even as a private message here, i care not which method so long as the result is to obtain the paid for key, thank you.

gmail addresses are not allowed here. only forum that i know that does that.

I have been waiting over 3 days how about i get some reply.

If its any consolation, its now four days since i paid and i still have no key, no email, and no response to email, i.m. or forum post.

One thing to note for people when it comes to product key receipt is this.
When you download and install the trial version, it is fully functional for longer than it takes to get your key even in the most extenuating of circumstances, but I'm sure like me, you still like to have a good moan about it. lol
