I wonder if any one could help not sure if this happens to all game but I'm playing World of warcraft and the bars will not come ont op of the game when asked too.

I can see it moving in the background but will not take focus when asked.

Winstep applications will not come to the foreground when a full screen application (such as a game) is running. This is by design and what stops a dock accidentally popping up on top of your game when you are busy trying to kill an enemy.
