Hello,

I formated my Harddrive and lost my Serial für WinStep.

I had send a Mail with the Bill, but I get no answer from the Support!!
What can I do now?

Good day! When you reinstall the computer lost the login information of your program, there were only the following data:Billing Information
Order ID: ( 2011-0709-0058-31-300 (4951937) ).
Order Total: EUR 34.95 [ Receipt ]
E-commerce services are provided by BMT Micro, Inc., an e-commerce reseller. Privacy Policy
Can I re-send me my account info?
