I would like to add 2 (or more) items to my Nexus dock that use the same program but with different arguments. To be specific, I want to have icons to run Eclipse with different worksspace (-data xyz). I can add the 2 items but Nexus doesn't distinguish them so if 1 is running and I click on the other, it is ignored. Also, the running app indicator is over whichever icon was added last regardless of which one I actually ran. Is this a shortcoming in Nexus or am I doing something wrong?

To do this in Windows task bar you have to create 2 shortcuts. I tried that in Nexus but it started Eclipse with no arguments and as a result I ended up deleting my Eclipse configuration.
