I have Nexus free version on my computer. I purchased Ultimate. I received the key in an email. Saved the key to my desktop. Tried to open Nexus with key. It opens but doesn't show it being registered to me. I still see upgrade to Nexus Ultimate on the about screen.
What do i need to do to register this version?

Did you download the ultimate version? Your email should have a link. You don't have to uninstall the free version, but you do have to install the ultimate version.

To register, just follow the steps in your email.

In the future, if I need to re-install, how do I download Ultimate if I don't have the email?

Save the email. That's what I did. If you don't want to save it as a message in your email program, copy/paste the text into a text editor or a word processor and save it in your documents folder.

I have a whole folder full of electronic software registration info, including download links and serial numbers.
