Will license be lost if I get a new computer?

I really enjoyed the trial for Winstep Nexus Ulimate. I am about to purchase a license, but I am unsure about one thing.

I need to send my laptop in for repairs, and there is a chance that it will be completely reformatted, or they might just send me an entirely new laptop.

If either of these scenarios occur, will my license not work anymore?

As long as you save a copy of your license key you can install it on a new computer.

That's the case with any software. It doesn't expire with PC change and can be reinstalled on any machine with a saved key.
