 Post subject: Where is my software that I paid for 2 day ago?

Where is my software that I paid for 2 day ago? This is an online business, but when you pay for your software, someone has to email something to you, before you can get what you've paid for. The functionality that prompts you to download the software you've paid for, doesn't exist on this site. That's very hard to believe-considering the software that you sell.

In my opinion, it appears that too much time is spent on "developing or fixing the software" and not enough time is spent on "improving customer service"- especially the part where a customer purchases your software online (aka an electronic payment) but, they aren't able to download what they've paid for, at that time. This is one of the main reasons for purchasing software online, ---you are able to download it and get it right then. But on this site, a person has to manually perform part of an electronic purchasing and receiving process.

This company sells software that does all these fancy things to the desktop, but it doesn't have the capabilities for downloading a software product that a customer purchased on their site. Unbelievable...something's not right here...

This is 2013, not 1990, this kind of service is very unacceptable. I've sent several emails, and have heard nothing. I'll request a refund and do business with other online vendors that have current day capabilities for purchasing and downloading software. This is so backwards. This type of service is a bad reflection on the software that you sell.

You too huh? I just posted a little while ago with the same problems.
I echo all your sentiments (See my post just below yours).
If you contact BMT Micro Orders they will refund you. There is a link in the receipt(s) they sent you.

I was reading way back on the forum for something to do, and apparently this is nothing new. I find it incredible that this is happening in this day and age.

I can't believe this has happened. I'm so upset and disappointed and I'm glad to know that I won't have problems getting a refund.

I didn't know that this has happened several times before. I'll read thru the other messages too.

This is so unbelievable.

I have no connection with this company, except I am a satisfied customer, you mention you have waited 48 hours, not long, but if you are not happy you should and I am sure will get your money back, I am sure the vast amount you paid it is vital that this is done as soon as is possible.
Of course, you will be missing out on some great software, that is created and maintained by just one developer, and as he has had a slight accident, is not in the position to answer your emails just at this moment. You can always go elsewhere, buy some software turned out by one of the big faceless companies that create software, then don't update and refine their software for years and never listen to Users.
Best of luck in finding better software, I will stick with Winstep

I also thought about purchasing this software after my trial ended, but appears to be no real support except for some of the kind members who frequent this forum.

This was and still could be a very promising product but it appears that the developer does it more as a hobby or could really give to sh%^s about what happens. I have looked back numerous months and I have not seen a word from the developer. I could understand this being a one man operation, but like stated this is a new age and new economy. People expect things asap. I understand that George has hurt himself, but even before the injury he appears to be an absentee father to his child. He would probably do better finding a major player like apple google or Microsoft to sell this product to. It does appear that he does eventually send out license information, but at what cost? Most become frustrated and ask for refunds because of the long wait, or others such as myself have waited to see if the developer will do anything before purchasing and just windup sitting on the sidelines

Good luck getting support. I paid for the software late last year. Unfortunately my HD crashed in April and I lost the licence key.

I have been trying to get my key ever since and have absolutely zero support (apart from some well meaning replies from people here who can't do anything about it)

At least you're lucky in that you found out before you parted with your cash.
