Well from what I have read users of the software have had difficulty getting the license keys emailed to them after purchasing the software. Looks like I am in the same boat as others. Over 48 hours and still not key. Winstep should be on top of this stuff if they expect to compete in the software arena.

I have emailed them today to ask for the license and will wait 24 hours to see if they respond back.

I would suggest you check your spam folders, since most people that complain about not receiving the key, ultimately find it there.
About the complains, I have a feeling that a lot of those posts are being made by competitors and not real customers, in order to harm Winstep. To my knowledge, most customers receive their licences within 12 hours of purchase.

Note: I may be a moderator but I am not an employee of Winstep and I have no profit from it. Basically, I'm a plain user who just volunteered to keep the forum tidy.

I agree with skagon there, I just pirchased a new lisence after letting mine lapse for 2 years and had it in less than 12 hours.
I am sure some people may be having genuine problems but I also thought that some of the other people complaining were either trying to scare off potential buyers towards other products or were even people who had received a code, then decided to complain loudly and try to get a refund, hence getting a free product.

The lack of updates and support though are a completely different subject!
