Repeated requests for product code ignored

On October 16 I purchased Nexus ultimate. 2 days later I received my product code, however due to the change in Yahoo mail I accidentally deleted that email. Since that time I have sent at least 5 emails to support & sales requesting my product code ( all which contained my account information ) to this date I have received no response. 13 days & 5 emails without a response! I would like my product code or my money back.
