Hello :D

My order ID is 6024271 and I haven't received any activation code, download link or whatever is needed in order to run the full product.
I'll appreciate any help :D

We already know the date and time. We have the ID number.

Mod? All you have to do is look it up. Besides, the time and date have nothing to do with activation codes.

o.k. since you're being as slow as usual. mod = moderator. as for the time and date jorge says give up to 48 hours after purchasing before contacting him about unreceived activation codes. as for us looking up the purchase codes from bmt i've search and nope.

I already sent an email to sales@winstep.net with no result.
I don´t know who Jorge is or when to obtain his email.

Any clue?

@aspiresco: you don't need to do anything, mate; I've already notified Jorge, who is the man behind Winstep.
Everyone else in here, including myself, have absolutely no authority nor reason asking for codes nor anything else, nor can we "look into" any order lists nor anything else.
Therefore, please do not post any personal information in here.
I would appreciate a post when you've received your licence e-mail, though.

To whom it may concern:
Please refrain from making posts using first-person plural terms (e.g. "we have ..." or "we need your..."), making it seem as if you have authority in the licensing process or are part of the Winstep company.

Well , five days ago I purchased the software . How long I have to be waiting ? . Someone, please, confirm my payment and send the information needed to enjoy the product.
Five days for an online sale is like WTF
No email from you with a kind " sorry for the delay we are solving some problems"

several reasons for the forums. fists jorge/winstep doesn't and can't always catch the request for activation codes, so skagon is capable of contacting him and letting him know. second it's usually faster for members here to help with issues/problems with winstep or help people set it up to their liking rather than wait for jorge to answer emails. third the forum provides a great resource for people having problems with winstep rather it be with the way it works or trying to change settings, because chances are there is a thread/post here that covers the issue already.
