I buyed Winstep Xtreme @ 16th Dec. 2013
But the Key you’ve send to me, doesn’t works…

If I double click your Key, it pops up a warning box with this text :

That Registration Key is invalid or fail

Can you please help me to fix that Problem ?

I’m using Windows 8 on a AMD-FX 6 Core PC with 8GB Ram
The 30 Day trial works fine, so the Problem must be the Registration Key you’ve send to me.
When I got the eMail I read it very accurate and following all recommed steps.
So the License Key isn't saved as a Text file, and I didn't open the key with an Editor or something like that.
But if i trying to start the Registration, the Warning pops op.
However I tryed it, to start only the file with double click or to open the file in Winstep Program, the result is everytime the same...

I really hope, someone could help me out, cause its a month of time lost, 4 Support Emails that get'nt answered.

most likely you purchased the wrong product even though you had a download link for the correct product in the email you received from bmtmirco. can you pm skagon and winstep a copy of your purchase invoice? obe of them should be able to let you know if you did purchase the wrong product.
