I have a registered Ultimate working on a disused partition and want to move it.

I don't have an activation code and all my requests to support have been ignored.

Please can anyone tell me if there is a way to do this?

Backing up settings didn't bring over the registration.

Obviously, backing up the settings will actually back up the... settings and not the licence. The licence comes as a special file, so technically, it's not an alphanumeric 'key'. And it's something that all registered users are warned about saving somewhere safe.
In any case, I don't know what you wrote in the 'support' but it would help giving me something like a purchase date or a purchase code or something, so I can forward your request.

I keep all my keys safe but as this was a file it must have been deleted by mistake.

...tell you the truth, I don't remember. For Winstep Xtreme, the key is "xtreme.wsxkey" so I would suppose for Nexus it should be something like "nxultimate.wsxkey" or... don't know.
