Hi,I installed the free dock to try it out and think it is great.
I set it up so that icons in the the dock which are currently running produce a little light under the icon.
I put windows explorer in my dock for easy access to it but noticed that the light under the icon is always on and was wondeing if this is normal for windows explorer to be running all the time?

Yes, it is very normal, simply because Windows Explorer actually *is* running all the time.
Windows Explorer is responsible for any explorer window but also the taskbar, the start button, the system tray, the desktop and a host of other things.
If you want to see what, run the task manager, terminate "explorer.exe" and see what happens.
