TheDude, I don't know what you're trying to do here, but I don't see you saying anything that has not already been told and re-told. The whole subject has been covered extensively and pretty much beaten to death.
I've allowed this and other threads, even though there are even more threads of the exact same subject, in the interests of freedom of expression.

HOWEVER... when threads are being opened and re-opened on a subject where there is absolutely *nothing* new to be added, you are forcing me to re-evaluate that behaviour.

In essence, this thread owes its existence to some ridiculous conclusion that, simply because the DNS registration will expire in 3 weeks, Jorge will not renew it and it will signal the demise of Winstep. What's next? Interpreting cloud formations, dreams and your first-born's poo?
Apart from the fact that DNS registries expire by the millions every day and owners renew them by the millions every day, the fact that Jorge came in to post in order to put your worries at ease, had no apparent effect.
Now, after his post, you change your tune to ponder upon the necessity of renewing licence, something the answer of which you know *very* well, simply because it has been covered extensively in other threads and also because I am sure you know how Winstep licencing works, being an old member of this forum.
Therefore, the only logical conclusion for your continued posting is that you are trying to create a climate if doubt and mistrust.
As I have done in other occasions, I am issuing a warning to you. If you have something to contribute, by all means do so; your input is valued and most welcome.
If, however, the only things you have to say are astrologer-type predictions of doom based on unsubstantiated, far-fetched theories, or even worse, provocative posts re-stating the obvious, I urge you to keep them to yourself.
