Hello,

I ordered Ultimate on Saturday 2.15.2014 and have not received my license key or download link.

I have checked my SPAM folder and have sent a direct inquiry email as well.

Please advise...

Good luck with your direct e-mail inquiry, because I've been trying for over a month to retrieve a lost license due to clean slate OS install, and have had no success. I even posted about it here in the forum and was told a month ago if I was patient I'd get my lost key sent to me, but here I am a month later and no key. Still, I wish you good luck, nexus is the best out there right now.
