The order was placed on 20th and one week later I have no sign of life from your side.

That's strange. Just two days ago, Jorge assured me he had taken care of all outstanding orders. I am sure he wouldn't have left yours unsent.
Could you please make sure that the licence e-mail hasn't ended up in a spam folder or deleted by an over-zealous spam filter?
Also, does the e-mail service which you used to register, allow e-mails freely?
I'm only asking that because there are some rather paranoid e-mail providers who have set up verification schemes, so each e-mail has to be re-verified in order to be received.
