Is it possible or could it be to have a duplicate dock(s) appear on a second monitor when two monitors are being used?

If you are using either Nexus Ultimate or Winstep Xtreme, you can have multiple docks. Then you can use the built-in Dock and Shelf Management features to duplicate your main dock and set it to appear on your secondary monitor.

Once created as a copy of your main dock, it will be an independent dock, however, so any changes made to the primary dock will NOT be reflected in the second.
