I have the beta v15.12 installed over the original v15.9. And I have already tried restarting my computer three different times. Same result when I click on the "Windows" icon on my dock. Yes, it was working fine yesterday with v15.12 installed.

And how or where do I click to get Nextstart to run when it doesn't run automatically on startup. Secondly, how (or where) do I tell the program to run Nextstart automatically at startup.

Go to the Winstep folder in the Windows Start Menu -> All Programs and double click on the NextSTART shortcut. Then press CTRL+F12 to go to NextSTART Preferences, go to the General tab, enable 'Run NextSTART at Windows Startup'.
