Is there somewhere a variant of darktech theme with icons in menu??????

Nope, but look up the themes at Wincustomize, one will probably be similar *and* have icons. :D

when launching menu from shelf, the latter closes before menu item is selected, and i find that ugly. Any settings to avoid that?

Unfortunately, no.

PS : would you mind implementing an external IP module as in TLB? Only thing i miss now.

There are a lot of different new modules on the to-do list, but unfortunately there are also other new features that have an higher priority at this time. Eventually I'll get to the phase where I will start adding new modules like crazy, but I can't tell you when that will be, sorry...

OK, i know you're a busy man!
Thanks for that terrific program, i switched after 3 years of use of TLB, so it shows as i love Winstep.

Last thing (for now) :is there a setting to have the hotspot load on mouse over? Seems only on click trigger can do it.

Keep up the good job.

Thanks a million for support.

Nope, sorry. For WorkShelf, that hotspot item is like any of the other shortcuts in the Shelf.

had an idea. how about a shelf that only shows tabs, and when you click on a tab that tab expands out like a drawer. it would be great for program suites that have multiple icons. you could call it nexshelf or workus(the latter one meant as a joke).

If memory serves, a LONG LONG time ago, Hewlett-Packard had done something like that, on a shell for Windows 3.1 called "New Wave" or something like that.
Wasn't half bad, actually...

Let me see if I can find anything from the Great Database in the Sky...

'Drawers' have been in the to-do list for quite some time. They'll probably make their appearance once multiple and vertical Shelves are implemented.

all the dooms day idiots are going to have egg on their faces once again. the mayan calendar was simply the end of that calendar cycle, or they just ran out of space to finish it, or it refers to the end of the republican party finally.

Hy all,(Sorry for poor english)

I must say a big thank for this powerful apps wich really increase the workflow and appearance!

I would like if it possible to invert one function:

When i click a folder always show menu with content but if i do a long click it open the path in explorer cause click two or three times (it depends) it's not reliable for me..

that all for now

Ah, you mean in NextSTART menus, right? So you want the same as the 'left click and hold' feature in docks for folder shortcuts, which in a dock shows the contents of a folder in a menu, but the other way around?

If it's in the Shelf, left clicking and holding on the folder shortcut will open the contents of the folder in a menu. Isn't that what you wanted?

No it is the invert, i have a shelf with all my favorites folders and "want" just simple click show menu (this is ok got it) but now a long click open path in explorer i think it will increase reliability and manipulation like copy/paste and more...
