even if you don't get your key before the trial period is up you can still backup your settings, so you have them if you do end up reinstalling.

Why didn't you say so earlier? Anyway, I'll go rattle Jorge's cage again. He said he had dealt with all outstanding cases.

I've been saying so off and on for 3 months.

I have emailed support again today.

I don't have a spam folder, I review all email on my server before deleting or downloading it.

I don't have my purchasing info, that's the problem. I had a new SSD hard drive which had all my emails on. It failed after a few months taking all my emails and software with it.

The drive had to be replaced therefore I lost the original emails with my licence etc.

At least, the e-mail you used to make the purchase, assuming you still have access to it. I'm sure Jorge can search his records for your details, and re-send the licence to that same e-mail address.
Better not post those details here in public, though. Send a PM to user "Winstep" with that in.

Skagon, have you spoken with Jorge re this?

I have since sent a further email to sales and support at winstep and also a pm to winstep, but have not had any kind of reply.

so much for the "premium support" I have paid for...

Mate, I've actually talked to Jorge yesterday, he assured me that he took care of everything. I don't know what's happening in your case.
I'll tell him again, but I think there's something weird going on here.
