Well who's talking now mr aka janitor ? You have lots of excuses .. Jorge did send my activation code when I renew ... I'm asking him to resend it again cause i have to reformat my pc, and I don't have a save copy . Plain and simple .. Your trying to make a big scene out of this, Jorge never replied to any of my request. .. Nor try to get a hold of me to get my information if he does experiencing issue ( which I don't think he was ..Because I seriously never got anything from him) . The only support this company offer is you talking to us, and it's really unfortunate. This forum is not legal document really now .. hahahaha???? Like what I said its $ 20 is not much .. And my bank is giving the money back to me because I paid for it and service is not met , and print out your terms and condition and this forum. Because it did help... ..!!! next time be honest .. Don't just response with different reason.

... Account manager in the bank told me that your fishy.. Maybe she's right, but I get my $20 back because service is not met

" if you have any question or concern contact support@winstep.net" and no response with in 48hrs. Go to forum""
It's 160days still nothing.

People have the right to know how well winstep handdle support other wise your false advertising ...base in the forum blogs I read some People waited for a weeks or longer .. """"48hr no response go to your bank and get a refund" sounds about right under your support ..

Again... your word against his. You admit he sent you the licence in the first place, then hasn't re-sent. He's been telling me, he took care of all requests he's received.
Even what I believe in this matter is irrelevant, though, since I have no control over anything.

I think you just proved my point that you're a scammer.

Again... your "account manager" in the "bank" told you that I am "fishy" because she read a printed page from a forum?
Really?
Do you really think we are all stupid?
If your bank manager believed *anything* you said, based on a couple of printed pages, then she is also an idiot and has no place near a bank, let alone being a manager in one.
Primarily because *someone* answering you in *some* forum, has absolutely NO LEGAL STANDING. That's the law! Do you know who I am? Do you know my name? My location? My relationship with the company called "Winstep"? No. You know nothing. Can prove nothing.
So, you cannot hold *any* company accountable for "something" "someone" wrote in an open forum. Period.
That's the law.

Moreover, would it be really difficult for you (or anyone else) to create a page from a "forum" that doesn't exist? Would it be difficult for anyone with basic computer skills to print a page saying **anything**?
Printed pages are, once again, NOT legally binding documents and they do NOT constitute proof of anything.
I could very easily print a page where the Queen of England says that she owes me a million pounds. Do you really think that there's ANY bank in the world, or any court in the world, where I can take that paper and win a case?

People have the right to know the truth. Not what you or anyone else wants to make it appear.

The truth is that customers are being served promptly, within hours.

Anything else, is just slander. You are obviously here to cause trouble, by making allegations about supposedly not being sent your code, then supposedly going to the bank with the proof of... print-outs of the forum (!!!) and getting your money back!
Right.
For the record, if you ever purchased a licence (which I doubt), that licence will be revoked since you (allegedly) got a refund. I'm saying that, just in case you thought you'd get your money back and the licence would still be left active and valid. Jorge will be notified if there is a refund request (which I somehow doubt), since refunds have to be approved by both him and the company providing the service.

to the janitor,why dont you just leave the forum to customers, and actual support, I can't argue with someone who doesn't have a concept of truth and honesty

I did said jorge sent me the activation code, When I said I needed to renew. I paid the cost and with in 48hr he did replied with activation code, im not lying about that, but when I ask to re-send the activation key , I never got any respond back its been over 160+ hours waiting, I dont care if he took a long vacation. MY POINT IT THIS WEBSITE IS LACKING OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!!!!

WHY WOULD I SCAM MYSELF???and people in here in the forum who works hard for thier money??? like I said over and over Jorge never replied to me NOR the customer support about resending my activation code "PERIOD" and SADLY WE GET you aka "janitor" to answer Issue?which your not even part of customer support..

I dont have to prove anything to you. I bought product and service is not met. I don't know how many times I have to strecth this issue in the forum, if you dont like what you read , then dont come and read my post.. I admit I'm angry and frustrated because apprantly no one is really helping me with my issue. I'm not forcing all subscriber to believe me, I speak from experience ALMOST 3 WEEKS STILL NOTHING. nothing from administrator and support :cry: :cry:

I like this program, this is supposed to be my second year. I never contact support for the last year because I never encounter any issue. BUT now I do and it's none existence.

I did my part reaching out for help, and I guess I'm not getting any.

do I have to post? my reciept for everyone to see That my purchase is "VALID"

Like I said $20 IS NOT MUCH.. but it's not yours to keep, I have 11 months left with my subscription and I can't even use it.

So janitor, are you going to say that this Reciept is a scam too??

I'm not going to bother saying anything else. Don't want to cause another 'androphilic' temper tantrum.
I don't even care if the receipt is legitimate or not, it's not my business. It's Jorge's problem to find if it's real or not.
Me being the janitor, I have the privilege of still thinking there's something not right with this thing.
Like... you have a copy of the e-mail with the receipt, but not the e-mail with the licence key? Which should be a few minutes or a couple of hours apart?
Hmmm...
...as the bank manager said... fishy. :D

skagon you know full well one does not have to do with the other. bmt ONLY excepts the orders, confirms the orders, collects the payment, confirms the payments and then sends jorge the information so he can do his part SEPARATELY from bmt's part. the way you make it sound is that once bmt receives the payment the code is sent out right their and then. i can tell you from the experience a couple of friends had with their comps going south that getting a copy of the invoice from bmt for them was a piece of cake, getting a new copy of their keys after they had the copy of the invoice was another story altogether. i think jorge could take a lesson from the makers of winpatrol. similar way to how jorge does his licenses, but never the problems that winstep seems to have with getting codes out promptly.

Like I said I don't know what else to tell this person, Why would I scam MYSELF?

I mentioned this over and over again I EMAIL admistrator/Winstep support using my PURCHASE email, 5x all the information they needed. But I haven't got any respond. I don't know if they have any question or concern regarding my issue because they NEVER CONTACT ME

AGAIN I THOUGHT I SAVED THE RENEWAL CODE BUT I DID NOT AND THAT IS MY MISTAKE

IM ONLY ASKING IF SOMEONE IN THE SUPPORT TEAM TO HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE,

SKagon your not really helping. I contact BMTmicro THE PURCHASE is VALID told them the issue, now they will reverse the payment, and it should be back to my paypal account.

I dont need to prove anything to you. I posted paypal receipt and I knew you will come up with other ideas so it's really pointless.. only fish here is YOU..

Its really simple.. this company is lack of customer care support.

I dont know what else to tell every one here. people in the forum needs to know how accurate customer care support is.

People who bought Winstep GOODLUCK I hope you don't encounter any issue. I love this program for a year, That's why I renewed, till I encounter my recent Non technical issue, then my love for this program turns to hate.

TO CHUCK. thanks again... Stardock works well with my current system and others. Pricey a bit, but once I installed, its flawless, and they have an actual CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT .. not a Janitor !!!!!

BMT called and respond to my email . and I said yes for refund. I can't deal with this anymore it's been 3weeks of nothing.
