I am user of Nexus Ultimate and come to the forum because I have received no response to emails sent to sales@.Please do reply to Sidarta@ emails.

I am using Nexus Ultimate several years ago and I executed last update Feb. 13, which email registration was attached in emails sent previously .

Two weeks ago my Nexus was blocked with a pop ( screenshot attached at the email rejected ) indicating that it was using a trial version and it suggest to update the application.
I reinstalled the application with the download link containing in the registration email , but the new downloaded program is still a trial version and does not allow me to run the file . Wsxkey to unlock the product.

I beg indicate the way I must follow to unlock the application .

The suggested course of action is contained in the e-mail. It's the one about renaming the key and copying it into a specific directory.
There isn't much else to say about that.
