Hi Folks,

Does anyone know if MS changed anything recently that would impact the screenshot internal command?

I haven't been able to get it to work with the mouse, hot keys, or even the "right click-run" option.

Now I've recently made some hardware changes which *could* be having an impact (needed a new mouse and keyboard) but I haven't noticed this problem until this morning. So I figured I'd ask here first.

Hi John. I don't think Windows officially did anything, but that doesn't mean that an update couldn't have screwed something up on your PC.

Try this program and see if it works. I use it all the time. http://www.screencapturer.com/

If you need help using it, let me know. You might find that you like it better (as I do) than the Windows option.
