 Post subject: Systray.ico clipped?

I'm using Nextstart w/o the startbar. I've a 16x16 icon for the systray but it seems to be clipped - its definitely smaller than the tray icons themselves. I changed the 1px edge colour as a test and this it looks like these don't appear on the icon (I'd expected to see a box round the icon, but didn't).

Any ideas?
