 Post subject: Never received my registration Key.

Yesterday I bought Winstep Nexus Ultimate 24.4, but never received my key.
I wrote to both customer support and sales support but got no answer.
Hope someone can help me.

In the first place, you should Read this post .

All sales are handled by BMT Micro, from whom you actually bought the software. Any issues you therefore should be taking up with them.

That said, the most common problems are -

You used a different email address from the one where you are looking, or accidentally made an error in your email address;
The email/s landed in you Spam or Trash folder.

Yes, I wrote to BMT Micro.
Thought it was your Customer Help.
But for the rest, I'm sure email was correct and nothing in Spam.
Hope they will reply to me soon.

You are welcome. :)

BMT can be a bit slow, but if you don't hear from them by Thursday, a gentle reminder wouldn't be out of order. ;)

The way things normally work is, the moment that your payment is marked as approved (by your card issuer/paypal/whatever, an order confirmation email is sent out along with another email with the download link for the app, the key and instructions how to register the software. All this happens automatically.

I hope BMT will quickly resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Unfortunately, after many days, BMT still do not answer my emails.
I asked Paypal to cancel the transaction, but it is really sad.
Is there a different way to Upgrade Winstep Nexus to Ultimate without using the BMT seller?

No, BMT Micro are the exclusive resellers of Winstep apps. It's a pity you didn't send them a reminder. In the end, they always sort things out to everyone's satisfaction and it would have saved the hassle of re-ordering.

The problem is actually on your side. I replied to you and re-sent your license key from the Winstep support email address on the 19th of November and again yesterday, barely a few hours after receiving your second email to Winstep support asking for help (unfortunately I'm only reading this post now).

Emails with license keys are sent automatically upon purchase and yours were no exception as I also get a copy. Pretty sure BMT Micro replied to your request for support to. That you did not receive neither their replies NOR my replies from a completely different email server and IP address (winstep.net) shows that there is an issue on YOUR side, either with your ISP (fastwebnet.it) or on a email client level.

You used a Gmail address to register with this forum... my guess is that your fastwebnet.it account wasn't receiving confirmation emails from the forum either? You should really take this up with your ISP.

Anyway, re-sending the emails with your license keys to your Gmail address would probably solve this problem, but now that you cancelled the transaction with Paypal, how do you want to handle this?
