 Post subject: Cannot open my registration file on new PC

I recently got a new computer and installed Winstep but when I double click my license file it is asking me what program to open it with. I would have selected Winstep but the program is not listed within the installed programs. Have been working on this for about 4 hours now and cannot seem to get the license file to open and successfully register it. Please help.

Read the instructions that came with your license key.
