When using modmanager 2 launched from the dock loot from the program has an error (Pic below) but when I launch it form the desktop shortcut it works fine. the properties look the same from the dock and desktop. Can't figure out why

Not sure why either (and notice that it's not ModOrganizer.exe that fails to launch, but a secondary application Mod Organizer tries to launch itself), but try the following:

Create a shortcut to ModOrganizer.exe in the same folder (you will need Admin rights to do this). Now in the dock's Item Properties dialog, instead of pointing to ModOrganizer.exe point to ModOrganizer.lnk (.lnk is the extension of shortcuts).

See if that fixes the issue.

Note that dragging the shortcut you just created to the dock (as opposed to changing the .exe extension to .lnk) will NOT work, as when you drop it will be automatically resolved by the dock to point to the real target, so don't do that.
