 Post subject: LESS THAN KIND REQUEST FOR SUPPORT.

Hi.

I e-mailed your support@winstep.com Jan. 9th, and again with sales@winstep.com CC'ed on Jan. 13th. Both inboxes appear either entirely unmanned or lead directly to your digital shredder, and/or - as your support-page states - you are incapable of adequately setting up a spam-filter, which you are apparently aware of, decided to simply accept as a Fact of Life and subsequently leave unchecked evermore.
"Contact? Either find us at our hiding place, at our convenience, or f- off."
"Customer support"

I hereby, through the one medium you might not ignore, request a response to the e-mail I have sent you. In lieu of any sign of life before Jan. 17th, I'll cancel my subscription at a full refund - and assuming you won't notice that notification either; PayPal will be grabbing my money back in a few weeks.

Feel free to now ban me, I have no desire or reason to be on your forum other than posting this.

Look, you seem to labour under the delusion that Winstep Software is some sort of major developer - it isn't, it's a one-man operation, and the coder is currently extremely busy fighting against Windows 11 and its f**k-ups to produce new updates, as well as trying to catch up on a large number of support emails. You should get to know a programme and its forums before trying to throw your weight about in here. If you had, you would have known all of the aforesaid.
