Update of the Dutch translations to the latest version 20.10

Its bin a while that I made the translation of Winstep NeXus.
So, now I made an update of more than 500 lines in de Dutch file of NeXus and a few additional of the Extreme in Nexus.
Also the same with NeXus Ultimate and Xtreme and NextSTART
All files have been translated to the latest version and synchronized with each other as request in the forum. I have used as many expressions from windows 10 as possible in NeXus, NextSTART and Winstep Extreme to avoid confusion. Checked all windows to see if sentences fit etc.
The files were sent to winstep for verification.Winstep has not responded yet.
Maybe I'll work on a talking clock later.

Jorge - the developer/owner of Winstep is currently unavailable for the last week or so. However, I'm sure he'll be back in action soon and reply to you then.
