No, Winstep Xtreme is shareware and costs $39.90 for the regular version and $28.45 for the Basic version.

No money, no license. That is how it works... You can earn them though (look at one of the other stickies. If you create a nice skin for Winstep then you might earn a free license. See: http://forums.winstep.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2166 )

Otherwise quit spamming and use the trial/limited versions.
