Never got a license key

Hi all,

I've tried Nexus and I liked it. So I bought via paypal the Winstep Extreme Basic Edition for 24.95 €. I had an e-mail address but got no licence key. I e-mailed to support@winstep.net, but nothing happened. A screenshot of the payment confirmation was attachment of the mail.

What should I do

Check your spam folder.

Your license key was sent to you when you purchased, then again twice when you requested it, both by me AND BMT Micro. If you didn't get any of the copies, something is wrong on your side.

Do you have another email account you can use?

That was the reason. That happened to me never before. I felt like an idiot. The unlocking works. Thank you for help!!
