As another newuser, was surprised the 'reg code' is a very small 'snippet' attached to a message, if you like me read 'text' only emails, you don't see it, check your reply, my email reader, lets me see an index of the replies and there it was! :shock:

I haven't get any e-mail from Winstep since my purchase. I have tried to get an answer through BMT, where I have placed my order. They have forwarded my request, also no answer since a few days. This is an annoying situation for me. I have paid the program, but I get nothing for my money. Next weekend I am away for 2 weeks.

Sorry, I was out of the office this past week and replying to email sent to the Winstep support address was a bit... challenging, to put it mildly. :wink:

The email with your license key was sent to your freenet.de email address on the day of your purchase. Did you check your spam folder already?

Anyway, you did well in contacting Winstep via the forums.

I've forwarded a copy of the original email to your new address and have asked BMT Micro to do the same from their side. Please let me know if you don't receive it.
