i'm assuming you mean 2 nexus docks. rightclick on nexus, click on preferences, select the docks and shelves tab, the first large black button says create new dock.

The free version of Nexus only allows one dock. If you want multiple docks you need Nexus Ultimate or Winstep Xtreme.
