Hello! I am new to WinStep and am unable to figure out how to add a new dock (toolbar) I searched online and help files but can not find the info. Help would e greatly appreciated.

are you using the free version or the trial? in the free version of nexus you cannot create a second dock. if you haven't yet download xtreme and install it.
