no key, no emails

Purchased the product on wednesday morning. No email with product key. Emailed to BMT on friday, they responded promptly saying they forwarded my email to Winstep. No answer from Winstep. Yesterday I emailed myself to Winstep. No answer. It's sunday and still waiting. I'd like a product key or a full refund.

I sent another mail to Winstep's sales. No answer.
Is this just me, or this is the normal way Winstep treats its customers?
What kind of company is this?

Thanks. I'll give it 7 days just in case there's a family emergency or something but then I'm gonna have to get a refund too. I almost bought the full winstep package. I'm glad I didn't

As a user with a long time association with both the product and the production team (i.e. Jorge) I can tell you not to worry - I've never experienced better support for any software I have. Must have been a hiccup. Jorge probably passed out for a week from overwork!!
