My subscription for Winstep has lapsed. I clicked on renew now and was taken to the web site. I filled out the forms, gave up $19.95 via credit card, and still have not gotten the subscription upgraded.

I tried contacting the company via the web site. When I got no response from two e-mails I read further on the site where it said if they do not respond to an e-mail it is probably because their system thinks it is a spam message or worse. In which case I should contact them using the forum.

Does anyone know how to contact the company via the forum. On another post it was suggested that I PM Jorge. Tried that but have not gotten a response from him either.

I really like the software and want to keep it. But if I cannot get it updated then it will soon be obsolete.

how long ago did you pm him? you should always allow at least 24 hours for a response. hope this helps.

Did you get your key already? If not, have you checked your spam folder?

Sent him a PM on Sept 12.

I have not received my key. I just went through all the mail in my span folder and could find nothing from Winstep. I will PM you with my e-mail address in case you may have a way to check if that is the e-mail that is being addressed.

I got both of them at 1:00 AM my time. They were waiting for me when I got up. Everything is fine now. I am good til August 2013.
