Opening NextStart/Workshelf Preferences in a certain tab

Is it possible to create a dock icon which opens NextStart/Workshelf Preferences in a certain tab (for instance Themes)?

Please explain further. I don't quite understand what you mean. I'm totally at a loss with this part: "...in a certain tab (for instance Themes)?"

I thought about it and now I get what you mean. I'm not sure if a certain tab can be selected but I'll try and see if that's possible. I was able to create a icon on the dock but it opens on the About tab.

Yes, that is what I mean. I don't want it to open on the About tab, but on another tab of my choice.

Nope, sorry. Preferences always opens in the About tab.
