I purchased Nexus Ultimate by PayPal on Monday, but have not yet had any emails with download links or a key.

Before then, I had sent an email to winstep and posted another question on this forum, both asking about if one license would be enough to run Nexus on a home and work machine. Neither of those have yet had a reply, but I decided to buy Nexus anyway.

I have checked my spam folders and there is nothing there either. My PayPal email is not the same as the email I used when entering the basket details when buying Nexus (for which I used my winstep profile email), so perhaps this has caused the delay.

BobD, first you'll need a network license. second how long has it been since you ordered? please allow up to at least 48 hours to receive your key.

I ordered it on Monday at 9.41am.

I was asking about the license here http://forums.winstep.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4588, as that thread suggested I could install it on multiple computers at home. As my work machine is only ever used by me it seemed sensible that one key would cover both locations. I certainly hope that is the case now that I have bought it!

in that case this is better answered by jorge. as for your key since i don't know your time zone i don't know if it's been a full 48 hours yet. in the meantime you can check your spam / junk folder(s) to make sure it didn't end up in there.

The email arrived yesterday, so Nexus is now up and running
