The message you mentioned (it's not an error message, by the way) means you re-started the *trial* (i.e.; not registered) version of Winstep Xtreme over 15 times in the same day.

It's part of Xtreme's anti-piracy measures to defeat date lockers, etc, since Xtreme is not the type of application you exit and run several times a day, but one you usually keep running.

The message (as it states) would go away at midnight anyway, and you would be able to run Xtreme again after that time. Other than unusual things like this, the trial version of Xtreme is fully functional and can be run for 30 days, even while you wait for your license key.

This said, sorry you did not get your license key in time, even though it was sent within 48 hours of purchase (as stated it might happen in the receipt). I've sent it anyway, up to you now if you still want to go through with your refund request (I won't blacklist the license key either way). :D
