You can download the product purchased from this very site. The registration key will be sent to you through email. This should happen within 48 hours, but do to some backlog, it may take a bit longer. Considering that you bought a product without testing it, you had no idea how to get it (download it), you didn't read the sales terms (and still haven't), perhaps we should perform a detailed verification that you paid to our authorized seller and are not impersonating one of Winstep legitimate customers.

Please supply us with the trade name of the entity that made the sale together with administrative and technical contacts (for authentication purposes). Date, hour, and timezone of the transaction would help us greatly. We will also need the Taxpayer Identification Number of the entity who made you the sale.

Could you please refrain from using first person pronouns and determiners like 'us', 'our' and 'we' when referring to Winstep?
