as stated in more than one post that was removed i have mentioned in the past about workshelf crashing from time to time. nows the time to try to address it. both my nextstart and workshelf backups are below.

i should give you a fyi on winstep xtreme and win 8.1.1. under 8.1.1 the shelf doesn't crash as often, and most times you can just click on the winstep icon and relaunch workshelf/nexus. before you had to exit all winstep services, wait at least 30 seconds then click the winstep icon to get everything to load.
