Been using this for a while now, and after yesterdays update (starting this morning after reboot) this just stopped working correctly.

Upon opening up I am prompted with and Access Violation error. I can still run to open, but when I let it run and click anything. I get, there is not enough memory to run this program. When I am trying to open a folder, not an application from the bar as I have a shortcut to a folder there I use a lot. And I am not running anything new that I normally do nto run other than Dreamweaver, FireFox, Thunderbird and Photoshop.

You don't mention if you're running Nexus free, Nexus Ultimate or Xtreme?

Try downloading the full version from the Winstep web site and installing it on top of your current installation, see if that solves the problem - then please let me know.

Winstep Nexus, free. Re-installing now. Had planned on it but wanted to wait.

Ya, that helped. Figured that was the best thing to do (usually is). But had to ask in case not and let you all know in case it came from the update.

My guess is that you were previously running a very old version of Nexus, and that created some problems with missing files when the update version was installed instead of the full one.

Anyway, glad it's working now!

Any ways, this has now happened 3+ times. Not going to 'restart' every time it happens as that is even more of an inconvenience. And I am, skeptical, because I have no idea how why or even what the hell happened. As this gave me other issues, I come in the next day to find Dreamweaver complete removed. No idea if this did that or even capable. But the way this thing has been acting, it makes me lean towards it. Malwareybytes, CCleaner or Boost would not do this. Dont care about that, pass that. This other problem though, grr.
