I have a search app url on a dock. If I click it and leave a mouse pointer over a dock, my search app loses its focus and I can't type. Is it possible to change Nexus behavior?

2 things to check, maybe : in dock properties / Bebavior / Advanced, see if "Popup deck on mouseover" is unchecked, and (if that fits your needs), activate "Hide the dock after launching and application"

There's probably something anyway, I just checked on mine : the launched application does have the focus, even if I let my mouse over the dock.

If some people didn't find that option useful, it would not be there.

What works for you might not work for others and vice-versa - the good thing about Nexus is that it has the options for you to customize it the way *you* want it to work.
