Jim, something weird on your description of what happened: you placed your license key inside the Licenses folder even before Setup was finished installing Xtreme?

Which Setup screen froze, by the way? The initial Inno Setup installer, or when Xtreme was already 'Initializing'?

The initial Inno Setup installer. Right at the apparent end of installing.
