I really do not have a lot to say about the comments other than what I know and have proven time and time again in real life and historically.

1. Everyone has an opinion and it is important to them.

2. Any Artistic discipline has forms and disciplines that are considered standard. This is a great starting point. The Most famous art, whether brush, sculpture, digital or music etc is the art that followed none of these. DaVinci, Michelangelo, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Dali, Henry Moore, Mozart, Jaco Pastorius and countless others will be in History books a century from now still validating everything I just said.

3. People like what they like. I create for the beauty of creating. The moment anyone cares about what others think of their creations they become people-pleasers or sheep. Any art that is based on making money is not Art, it is business and anyone who believes otherwise is a fool. Form and structure in all art has already been proven and parroting that is a waste of energy. if people think I do do not know these rules, that is not my problem. Choosing not to follow something is no less valuable. Real art in any form has no boundaries, only guideline rules. if all anyone does is copy then nothing moves forward.
For example: - In music, I see many people saying how every new tune sounds the same. The reason is because they are copying a formula, not really creating and using almost identical harmony structures, patterns and rhythms for nearly 20 years with new sounds being the only marginal change. So it is a testament to an artform not really moving forward.

4. If anyone that considers themselves an artist looks at some of the artwork done for skinning where only skinning in itself not considered art, the art itself created from a visions for a theme concept still is art. It is part of the core of creation.

Nobody has to agree with me but I can say I have worked with the best in my field on this planet and not just randomly either, and in 50 years of doing it professionally I have seen too much that proves everything I just said above beyond doubt.

Take care people. Tomorrow's upload is it.

EDIT: I imagine most people forgot and it is somewhere on some page in this thread but do not ask where? - I created the first foundation theme, fully working in under 30 minutes to simply say that doing a minimalist page is piss easy though I did not use those words until now. With me which I guess people only realise now, everything I do is a choice. I developed it further because while I could do it without difficulty, the theme wasn't really me. That is something every great musician and artist I have met has in common, they are in their own work. That is my goal, I express myself my way, not the way someone else thinks I should. Cheers.

LAST - I can say my own apathy now has done myself a disservice. The DarkTech Xtreme theme looks good and I know it. But that is not enough...Unfortunately, the multi's and metering are wrong.
I gave all credit and took none to Jorge and Winstep because it was a copy with the missing calendar, Moon and Disks. I knew it was time to leave the moment I no longer cared enough to fix it. If Jorge wishes to fix he can, or delete it. This is why I knew it is time to go.

for other people who may wish alternative non-animated icons for Nexus, or alternative disk drive icons or alternative LED's - I put some up in the Icons section starting a little while back.
I probably should have pushed them more but consider it a parting gift. In the LED's I included an Alpha version for those who wish to do their own and only have a starting point.
Cheers

My last is now uploaded - a minimalistic unimaginative theme. It is in the gallery.
BYE

P.S> - UPDATED theme. Found some things I did not like and alignment blurghhs...
Had enough for some time to come. I will answer a private message which obviously some people have a similar question. A musician or artist is not dissimilar to a coder/programmer. While a programmer has libraries of 'reusable code', any kind of artist when they get something looking right whether vectors looking real, or 3DS/DAZ/Autocad or any 3D app or hand painted, with lighting, shapes, wireframes, etc etc etc... they store it away as a base point they can easily rebuild upon so they do not have to reinvent the wheel. That is how I churned them out quickly after the first few taking a while. OK, my Winstep inbox is kinda empty now.
CAIO.

OLD - One more parting gift prior to going O/S if it is even that? probably not.
I did themes about 15 years ago I think? Anyway, I found a couple of screenshots saved from the computer that was completely trashed in a lightning storm and earthquake that I could not save the themes themselves. I had put them on a backup drive but neglected to save the themes themselves. Two were requests on Wincustomize, which now reminds me why I left and removed everything I did. So nothing from then likely remains except somewhere in an outdated site somewhere that I have no idea where it may be.

The ASUS and Win8 which kind of says how old they were. I do not think skinning was available for the moon or calendar modules even? Jorge would know. I must have been more into it then than now because the earlier Steampunk one also gone, and is overkill and blurghhhh... to me now. That said I must have been into it because I did a pile of png icons for it too. Funny how we see our own progression and/or regression. I say regression because I can see in the themes that I did that I somehow managed to get email working yet now I cannot for love or money.

That'll do. I have to pack.
